VIRTUAL WORLDS
Bloxima will be able to leverage AR, XR and VR technology to create customer and employee experiences in 3D:
• Metaverse banking: Offering customers the ability to check balances, pay bills, make
transfers and transact using AR / VR channels.
• Employee training with gamification: Delivering immersive learning experiences in
the safety of simulated customer environments or onboarding remote workers in ways that
create fun, connection and a sense of community.
• Virtual Stores: Virtual stores are a vital first step into the metaverse and serve as a
new virtual marketing and sales channel for brands. At the simplest level, virtual stores are
3D, 360 fullpage visual experiences that live on a brand’s e-commerce site. Customers can
navigate around the virtual store on their phones or computers, similar to how you would
browse around a real-life store. Products are visually merchandised within a virtual store,
and customers can ‘pick up’ a product as they move around.
• Digital Twins: Digital twins of processes and factory floors can help identify how
production sequences can be optimised by testing new workflows through digital workers
and simulations. The digital twin will be linked to the production system to run simulations
which are expected to improve safety and quality, and accelerate the development process.
A digital twin can also be effectively used to improve supply chain and in-store
management.
